The Churches That Multiply Clinic is a highly interactive workshop designed for lead pastors and their key leaders who are curious about church multiplication, but unsure how it could work in their context or future.

This day isn’t about pressuring you or your church to multiply; it’s about creating thinking space to explore what could be possible.

Using a construction framework as the theme for the day, you will go through exercises to clarify a multiplication vision, assess your church's readiness for multiplication, and explore real models and methods that may fit your church, people, and community. Whether your church feels stuck or struggling, curiosity is the only requirement!
